Change is in the Air!

Change is in the Air:  After almost seven years, I have finally made some significant changes to my website and to the Monday Morning Update.  Rather than just having a website and a weekly newsletter, I now have a website that is fully integrated with my social media identity and a weekly newsletter that will deliver a more interactive and relevant experience to my audience.

A One Stop Real Estate Resource:  My website now offers my clients increased functionality with useful links to mortgage calculators, a site to get your no cost credit report  (without having to sign up for a paid service), referrals to real estate related service providers  and other real estate related information.

NEW Features COMING SOON:  A fully functional “Search the MLS” application!  This really cool application will provide YOU with the ability to search the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and obtain REAL TIME information about houses that are available.  You will also be able to set up personalized house searches and automatic email alerts so that you will be one of the first to know about new listings that you want to see!

Mobile MLS:  Once the new search the MLS feature is active on the website, we will also roll out a mobile MLS search feature which will give you an easy way to view houses that are for sale when you are out and about.  For your convenience, you will be able to request additional information and schedule a showing appointment right from your mobile device!
