Tom is extremely professional but what makes Tom such fun to work with is his enthusiasm about real estate. He loves looking at houses and loves showing you what’s available. He understands the market extremely well and knows what will be the best opportunities that are right for you. Once you get to the actual offer and purchase process Tom is on-top of all the paperwork and even hounds the other agent if they are dragging (which was our situation). You do almost nothing as Tom guides you through the process. He completely interfaces with the escrow company, so you don’t have to, and keeps you updated with the status. Hanging with Tom and checking out houses is fun and I now feel like he is a friend, not just my RE agent.
