I will make your house search productive and enjoyable!

First:  After we discuss the specific attributes that you are looking for in your new home, I will search the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and provide you with a comprehensive list of all properties that meet your criteria. You are eligible to receive personalized e-mail updates and alerts (automatically sent to you) as soon as a property that matches your search criteria is listed in the MLS.

Second: I will preview properties located in your target areas and take you to see ONLY the properties that meet your search criteria. You do not have to spend time driving around looking at everything on the market – NO TIME WASTING!

Finally:  When we find a property you are interested in, your perfect match, my keen negotiating skills as your buyer’s agent will assure that you get the property you want at the best possible price.

From helping you with home inspectors to making sure that all of the necessary paperwork is in order, I will be with you every step of the way.
